What you will do

• Manage contracts, e-signatures, and prepare detailed offer summaries.
• Coordinate showing feedback by communicating with brokerages and agents.
• Conduct research on zoning, taxes, and municipality regulations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and organizational records.
• Create marketing materials, ads, and feature sheets using Canva.
• Handle basic video editing for YouTube and update the company website via Wix.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Availability during weekday afternoons in Eastern Time (Canada).
• Previous experience in Canadian real estate administration, preferably within Ontario.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and Wix.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer/laptop.
• Professional, quiet workspace with a working webcam and microphone.
