What you will do

• Manage performance and productivity of a team of ~10 agents by setting goals and ensuring accountability.
• Act as an escalation point to assist the team with difficult or complex member situations.
• Oversee work integrity by ensuring correct information is shared and QA feedback is calibrated.
• Coordinate agents' movements, field activities, and travel across territories to ensure a positive member experience.
• Collaborate with Training and Workforce teams to ensure seamless onboarding and schedule adherence.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions, including maintaining detailed records.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ohio, Georgia, or Florida.
• Ability to travel to all agent territories as necessary with reliable transportation.
• Experience in developing performance metrics and improving team structures/processes.
• Proven ability to manage employee performance and conduct professional reviews.
