What you will do

• Lead engagements with early federal customers to understand challenges and deploy security technology.
• Integrate and oversee the deployment of resilient, high-speed communication networks for the tactical edge.
• Cultivate relationships across all seniority levels and navigate complex bureaucratic structures to clear paths for success.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the product direction aligns with on-the-ground customer realities.
• Act as the primary technical voice of the company to the customer and the voice of the customer within the company.

Requirements

• Active U.S. TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must be based in East Asia.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (account strategist, customer success) or equivalent government experience.
• Domain expertise in privacy, security, telco, networking, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on technical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, mostly across the Indo-Pacific.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise customer success, particularly at early-stage companies.
• Program or project management experience in post-sales or implementation environments.
