What you will do

• Define technical success criteria and align validation activities directly to customer outcomes.
• Lead technical partnerships for enterprise accounts, maintaining deep proficiency in the hirify.global portfolio.
• Perform thorough technical discovery and qualification using solution selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and BANT.
• Design custom validation approaches and lead tailored product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on internet security, performance, and future-proofing architectures.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to coordinate feature requests and ecosystem integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales engineering, consulting, or systems engineering for enterprise segments.
• Production-grade expertise in the OSI Model, covering BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), and SSL/TLS.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security (SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP) and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, or Go) and Infrastructure-as-Code via Terraform.
• Polished communication and high EQ for building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to align with high-growth accounts and regional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building full-stack web applications or experimenting with generative AI security architectures.
• Ability to describe web vulnerabilities (CSRF, XSS, SQLi) and their platform-level mitigation.
• Understanding of regulatory and security frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC-2, or FedRAMP.
• Advanced certifications in networking, cloud architectures, or information security (e.g., CISSP, AWS/GCP Solutions Architect).
