What you will do

• Gather requirements across a mix of business operations and technology-focused projects.
• Develop business cases and ensure design enablers underpin business benefits.
• Lead workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders independently.
• Manage the implementation of change in large-scale, complex global banking environments.
• Resolve conflicts and challenge suboptimal requirements or design decisions to align stakeholders toward a business decision.

Requirements

• Strong communication in English, and proficiency in spoken, reading, and writing Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Functional experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, or Digital Banking.
• Extensive experience gathering requirements for both business and technology projects.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in complex global environments.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and process automation streamlining.
