What you will do
- Lead multi-unit cash forecasting and annual planning within a matrixed organization.
- Coordinate Finance and operational stakeholders to drive disciplined quarter-end cash delivery.
- Build cash forecasting capability and transition processes toward scalable, repeatable frameworks.
- Implement systems-led standardization and adopt predictive analytics and AI tools.
- Provide expert insight on cash and working capital to support senior decision-making.
- Deliver scenario analysis on emerging cash topics for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A within a matrixed organization.
- Strong grounding in designing finance processes and performing complex analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to adopt advanced analytical approaches.
- Demonstrable interest or experience in process improvement, automation, and AI tools.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Bristol office

- Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional processes and influence stakeholders.
- Exposure to cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
