What you will do

• Act as the system owner and lead architect for the Multi-Subsidiary NetSuite environment.
• Define and drive the system architecture and development roadmap to ensure scalability across markets.
• Design and oversee end-to-end solutions, including integrations, data flows, and system structures.
• Lead the design and implementation of customizations, scripts, and workflows aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable system solutions.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI.

Requirements

• Strong experience with NetSuite technical development and solution design.
• Proven track record in systems ownership, architecture, and hands-on development.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.x) and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, RESTlets, and SuiteAnalytics Connect.
• Experience managing complex, multi-entity, and multi-country ERP environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and finance end users.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuiteTax and global tax configurations.
• Familiarity with applying AI or automation within finance systems.
• Background in core finance processes such as accounting and reporting.
• Experience in data-intensive or high-volume environments (e.g., FMCG, large-scale B2C).
