What you will do

• Lead large, ambiguous projects and ship high-impact designs that deliver significant customer value.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on strategy, planning, and execution.
• Engage directly with customers to conduct research, validate designs, and inform product strategy.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the evolution of the design team's culture.
• Deliver high-quality end-to-end UX/UI experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience specializing in UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
• Must be based in the US.
• A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating design craft and quantified user impact.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make) to accelerate workflows and prototyping.
• Proven expertise in both interaction and visual design.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners in iterative, fast-paced environments.
