Salary: €98,000 – €130,000

What you will do

• Map customer pain points and business objectives to tailored implementation and onboarding plans.
• Create best practices, educational content, and code samples for error monitoring and performance management.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers through instrumentation and complex technical challenges.
• Run workshop-level engagements to deepen product maturity and drive broader adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with EMEA needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Software Developer.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, backend languages (Python, Node, Java), and mobile platforms (React Native, iOS, Android).
• Strong understanding of the software development and release lifecycle.
• Practical experience with APM, RUM, tracing, and error monitoring.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be based in Amsterdam.
