TL;DR

Support Specialist (Customer Support): Handling user inquiries and resolving app-related issues via email with an accent on response speed and support quality. Focus on escalating technical bugs to engineering and analyzing user needs to provide product insights.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Salary: €1,721 - €1,847 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Respond to user requests regarding app usage accurately and timely via email.
  • Escalate technical issues to the engineering team for resolution.
  • Analyze user needs to provide valuable insights to the product team.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving current support processes.
  • Maintain high standards for answering speed and support quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and the ability to handle stress.
  • Passion for modern technologies.
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, with 11-hour shifts including public holidays.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of one or more additional foreign languages.
