What you will do
- Respond to user requests regarding app usage accurately and timely via email.
- Escalate technical issues to the engineering team for resolution.
- Analyze user needs to provide valuable insights to the product team.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving current support processes.
- Maintain high standards for answering speed and support quality.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and the ability to handle stress.
- Passion for modern technologies.
- Availability to work a rotating schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, with 11-hour shifts including public holidays.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of one or more additional foreign languages.
