What you will do

• Serve as the onsite Technical Product Manager and Tier III SME for DoD systems.
• Design and integrate system architectures across tactical and enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot complex software, network, and hardware issues on Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS.
• Manage MDM solutions and infrastructure services including Active Directory, PKI, and VPN.
• Validate DISA STIG configurations and perform root cause analysis for reported bugs.
• Support onsite installations, fielding efforts, and customer training exercises.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with MDM solutions and virtualized environments (Hyper-V/VirtualBox).
• Proficiency in managing infrastructure services like Active Directory, OpenLDAP, and PKI.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Tampa, FL.
• Experience with Git, JIRA, or Trello for task coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerized services and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Background in tactical communications or mobile systems integration.
