Salary: $125,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for core areas of the Growth funnel, including acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
• Design and execute a high-velocity A/B testing program to drive compounding wins.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship scalable, high-impact product solutions.
• Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify friction points and size opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance leadership to align on company-level growth strategy.
• Mentor junior PMs and analysts to improve the team's overall product craft.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management or growth roles with a proven track record of business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Sigma.
• Experience with DTC subscription products or digital consumer growth funnels.
• Must be based in or prepared to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools to maintain high-quality work standards.
