Salary: $26 - $35 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify consumer trends and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and execute research plans to guide product and marketing decisions.
• Translate unmet consumer needs into recommendations for new features and products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage research timelines and resources.
• Create customer personas and journey maps to inform UX and brand strategy.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic positioning.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week with at least 3 days onsite in Needham, MA.
• Coursework or experience in market research, psychology, sociology, or social sciences.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
