What you will do

• Explore and develop early-stage concepts, technologies, and system architectures for future Wet Cleaning innovations.
• Translate consumer insights and emerging trends into engineering solutions and working demonstrators.
• Design and build proof-of-concept prototypes to validate new ideas, mechanisms, and technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and trade-off analyses to guide concept direction.
• Iterate rapidly through hands-on prototyping, testing, and learning cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK, US, and China to define product vision and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Design Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical or product design, specifically in concept or early-stage development.
• Strong understanding of plastics and manufacturing processes.
• High proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo.
• Hands-on prototyping skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Must be based in London to work from the Design Office.
