What you will do

• Progress customer orders from initial technical enquiries through to delivery and account settlement.
• Correspond with customers to request information, communicate problems, and notify them of key events.
• Perform necessary technical calculations and produce high-standard design drawings.
• Coordinate approvals and customer instructions with the manufacturing team.
• Prepare accurate manufacturing drawings and schedules for order processing.
• Attend site meetings to acquire design and program information or resolve technical problems.

Requirements

• HNC or equivalent qualification in a building or construction related subject (Essential)
• Degree qualification in a building or construction related subject (Desirable)
• Previous experience working in a construction-related design office environment (Desirable)
• Working knowledge of Ancon products and their application in construction (Desirable)
• Experience working as an architectural or structural technician (Desirable)
