What you will do
- Manage daily portfolio control processes to ensure accounting accuracy for equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Reconcile internal accounting systems against external books of records (ABOR) and fund administrators.
- Lead a team to resolve queries and maintain SLAs regarding positions, cash balances, and NAV.
- Analyze and implement accounting platform solutions to enhance data integrity and scalability.
- Oversee custodians and fund administrators to maximize value delivery across the firm.
- Develop accounting standards and monitor industry trends to improve internal controls and client experience.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Operations or Financial Services, preferably in Asset Management.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
- Strong understanding of NAV and Fund Accounting principles.
- Experience with Private Credit, Alternatives, and Bank loan products.
- Familiarity with FIS Investment Accounting Manager (InvestOne) or similar portfolio accounting systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
