What you will do
- Lead the definition of test concepts for electronic components in serial production for automotive applications.
- Architect and develop scalable ATE test concepts and flows for wafer sort and final test.
- Take full responsibility for silicon characterization across PVT to validate new product features.
- Act as a technical expert and sparring partner for worldwide design, DFT, and product engineering teams.
- Setup and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for test concepts and procedures.
- Release ATE test solutions to manufacturing and support production quality related to test coverage.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
- Professional experience in ASIC test engineering, ATE test development, and DFT strategy.
- Expertise in test concepts for complex analog, mixed-signal, and digital ASICs.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, test flows, and failure analysis.
- Experience in yield analysis, test optimization, and product ramp-up.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
