What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of payment products from discovery to release and performance optimization.
• Drive strategic development of the payment platform, including PSP integrations and payment orchestration (routing, retries, failover).
• Define Epics and User Stories within an Agile environment to guide development teams.
• Optimize customer payment journeys to improve key KPIs and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and accurate requirements.
• Specify and monitor non-functional requirements such as reliability, latency, and fraud-related KPIs.

Requirements

• Solid experience in payments product management, including PSPs, APMs, banking rails, and settlement flows.
• Hands-on familiarity with payment orchestration platforms and gateway integrations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, PSD2, and SCA.
• Ability to drive technical discussions with architects and developers for complex backend systems.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Karlsruhe, Germany.

• Background in iGaming or sports betting.
