Salary: $305,000 - $410,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and maintain optimized group-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Governance and the Group Risk Appetite Framework.
• Establish and manage the Group-wide framework for Operational Risk Management, including RCSAs, incident management, and risk heatmaps.
• Act as the primary representative and point person for ERM in the day-to-day relationship with the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA).
• Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks for hirify.global's Legal Entities in Bermuda.
• Prepare and coordinate ERM reporting for the hirify.global Group Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
• Serve as Chief-of-Staff to the Group CRO for all strategic, administrative, and leadership matters.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in insurance or reinsurance, with a substantial focus on Risk Management.
• Deep knowledge of international re/insurance regulatory demands, specifically Bermuda and BMA Group Supervision.
• Strong command of corporate governance best practices and experience attending Supervisory Colleges.
• Technical understanding of standard solvency capital models and internal models.
• Advanced degree such as FIA, FCAS, CFA, or FRM, and higher education in relevant fields.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bermuda, New York, or Warren, NJ.
