What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven SDLC accelerators for code generation, automated reviews, and smart testing.
• Develop MCP-based extensions and context-aware tools to optimize developer workflows.
• Apply context engineering techniques to improve LLM reasoning, accuracy, and relevance.
• Build LLM-integrated CI/CD workflows for test automation and deployment support.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and implement high-value GenAI use cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs into engineering or product workflows.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with intelligent test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
