What you will do

• Manage commercial activities for allocated systems of work, including main contracts and subcontracts.
• Administer CEMAR and identify and notify compensation events.
• Establish and maintain risk registers, recording identification, assessment, and mitigations of risk.
• Oversee reporting streams, including budgets, forecasts, and cost components.
• Handle payment assessments, certificates, and pay-less notices in accordance with timescales.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial staff members while providing guidance across disciplines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management of site activities in industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in CEMAR administration.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Bridgwater.
• Expertise in risk allocation and trend analysis to maintain forecast gross margins.
