What you will do

• Lead the production of MistaJam and other key talent-led shows and interviews.
• Plan, script, and execute high-quality, topical content for broadcast and multi-platform channels.
• Coordinate logistics, studios, and communication for presenters, guests, and internal teams.
• Manage station operations including logs, scheduling, and asset loading using Zetta.
• Collaborate with digital, sound design, PR, and commercial teams to develop cross-platform ideas.
• Ensure all output aligns with the Capital Dance brand and audience expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience producing relevant radio programmes or audio content.
• Proven track record of producing presenter-led content, ideally with high-profile talent.
• Proficiency with Audition and Zetta software.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Must be based in London for this onsite role.
