What you will do
- Architect agentic and GenAI systems, translating product requirements into high-impact AI problems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI features, from data collection and model design to production implementation.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to support the modeling process.
- Select appropriate LLMs, perform prompt engineering, and execute model fine-tuning and parameter tuning.
- Run comparative experiments and analyze ML metrics to evaluate and optimize potential solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and lead complex technical projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic applications.
- Extensive experience delivering and scaling AI-driven products in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, theory, and the Python ecosystem with a solid OOP background.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Must be based in Athens, Greece.
Nice to have
- Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark or PySpark.
- Experience with cloud environments, specifically Azure or Databricks.
- Previous experience with LLM fine-tuning and serving.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning.
