Performance Analyst, Sr Associate (AI/Data)

What you will do

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights supporting clinical development and operations across clinical trial and regulatory processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain reports, presentations, performance dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, Python, pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
• Analyze large internal and external datasets across quality, speed, cost, productivity, and operational performance.
• Develop interactive visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Apply Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs, and code-based AI agents to automate analytical workflows and stakeholder-facing solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data curation, and data manipulation.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience with relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python and data-analysis libraries including pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and visualization libraries.
• Experience designing and operating end-to-end data pipelines, preferably with Databricks or Alteryx.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise visualization tool: Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
• English is required for communication and application materials; the role is hybrid in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Nice to have

• MS or MBA degree.
• Experience with Databricks notebooks, workflows, and Spark-based processing.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents with LangChain, including orchestration, evaluation, packaging, APIs, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of clinical trial, regulatory, drug discovery, or drug development processes.
• Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud analytics ecosystems.
