What you will do

• Execute data generation processes accurately and provide results in required formats to internal stakeholders.
• Provide first-level support for production and customer service requests related to data generation.
• Coordinate with the R&D department to implement and test new software releases and updates.
• Generate and send response files and reports required by customers and internal departments.
• Maintain and optimize work instructions while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and information security requirements.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of PC-network (LAN) and database systems such as MS SQL Server.
• Experience with MS Office and specialized software for data generation and chip card personalization.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Fluency in written Spanish and medium proficiency in spoken Spanish and English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), Spain.
