Folks.Rocks is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join their on-site team in Valencia. The company specializes in high-demand technical hiring across quant trading, physical AI, and backend-heavy engineering, partnering with elite global clients and fast-growing tech businesses.

This is a high-intensity agency environment for recruiters who enjoy ownership, speed, and direct impact.

What you’ll do:
— source, screen, and pipeline technical talent across quant, AI, and backend engineering
— manage full-cycle recruiting including Boolean search, outreach, candidate qualification, and interview coordination
— work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top candidates
— build sourcing playbooks and long-term talent pipelines
— represent Folks.Rocks at European conferences and industry events
— contribute to scaling recruitment operations and delivery quality

What they’re looking for:
— 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
— strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
— proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong hustle mentality
— ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
— based in Valencia or genuinely willing to relocate
— technical recruiting background is a plus, but attitude and drive matter more
