What you will do

• Coordinate with engineering and product managers to execute roadmaps balancing feature development and partner commitments.
• Manage communication and program strategies to keep globally dispersed teams aligned and on track.
• Iterate on and develop processes to improve team velocity, collaboration, and visibility.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change and resolve conflicts.
• Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new tools and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in software project/program management working closely with engineering and non-technical teams.
• Proven track record of managing external relationships and delivering against contractual obligations.
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams across different time zones.
• Demonstrated success in managing process and organizational change.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
