What you will do

• Take full ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads channels.
• Independently shape the user acquisition strategy for US, Canada, and UK markets.
• Manage and optimize a monthly budget of $1M+.
• Test and implement new acquisition channels to scale the user base.
• Evolve into a Lead UA position with team management and full P&L ownership within 6–12 months.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior User Acquisition Manager.
• Expertise in managing high-budget campaigns (exceeding $1M per month).
• Deep technical proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Experience targeting Tier-1 markets, specifically US, Canada, and the UK.
• Ability to operate independently and drive strategy without micromanagement.
