What you will do

• Set, optimize, and scale Google and Bing search campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, and Product teams to optimize every step of the acquisition funnel.
• Work with creative and content teams to improve conversion rates.
• Initiate, structure, and measure A/B tests on landing pages.
• Identify trends and research new growth opportunities to drive acquisition growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns.
• Fluent English verbal and written.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skill set with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in exact science, economics, marketing, business, or related fields.
• Proactive, self-sufficient approach with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
