What you will do

• Design and ship scalable agent frameworks and multi-agent systems to power intelligent automation.
• Create reusable SDKs and APIs to enable fast development for engineering and business teams.
• Manage LLM integration, including orchestration, routing, structured output, and protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Implement observability and tracing for agent workflows using tools like OpenTelemetry or Langfuse.
• Embed safety guardrails, including moderation, PII filtering, and cost controls directly into the platform.
• Contribute to architectural strategy and evaluate systems for production readiness.

Requirements

• Solid Python engineering skills with experience building production AI and agentic systems.
• Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks, particularly AWS Strands SDK, and async Python patterns.
• Proven ability to integrate LLMs into products via prompt engineering and structured output design.
• Platform engineering mindset for building developer-friendly SDKs and APIs.
• Experience implementing observability and tracing for AI systems.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work

Nice to have

• Exposure to TypeScript or Java.
• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
