Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BA or Product Analyst roles.
• Strong English proficiency required for communication with native-speaking clients.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in ambiguous environments.
• Understanding of UX principles and technical implications of product decisions.
