What you will do

• Analyze travel industry trends and requirements to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop process maps and workflows for travel management operations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the travel or TMC domain.
• Strong understanding of travel booking flows (air, hotel, car).
• Hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport.
• Ability to work effectively within the specified regional locations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NDC and evolving GDS strategies.
• Understanding of invoice approval workflows and mid-office/back-office processes.
• Familiarity with expense automation tools like Compleat.
• Knowledge of the PNR lifecycle.
