What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of 8 MDM specialists.
• Take ownership of engineering master data governance, quality, and delivery for Material Master, BOMs, Routings, and Equipment Master Data.
• Support SAP/PLM (Teamcenter) integration and global transformation activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN).
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality initiatives across manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing master data in large, global complex manufacturing or engineering organizations.
• Expertise in SAP ECC and PLM systems, specifically Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of Engineering Change Control and manufacturing practices.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural environments and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
