What you will do

• Operate and maintain primary and secondary tea packaging equipment, conveyors, and palletizing systems.
• Execute equipment change-overs, troubleshooting, and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Coach and train teams on problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques according to WCM standards.
• Develop and implement technical and quality training programs for operators.
• Drive the achievement of Plant KPI requirements using WCM tools and techniques.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality assurance policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of operations experience.
• Must be available and willing to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
