What you will do

  • Provide broad administrative support for recruitment coordination, HR onboarding, and office operations for an AU client.
  • Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling across different time zones, and reference check coordination.
  • Administer onboarding documentation, induction schedules, and system access tickets.
  • Handle office management tasks, including stock ordering, supplier communication, and quote gathering.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics, including RSVP tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Manage shared inbox triage and calendar administration for recurring business activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or talent coordination.
  • Strong communication skills for professional interaction with candidates, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules and onboarding documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general HR or administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to AI initiatives, automation tools, and process improvements.
  • Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
