TL;DR

Iloilo Support Roles (Training / Workforce / Operations / HR) (Team Leader and/or Manager): Manage team performance and deliver operational metrics with an accent on coaching, decision-making, and completing monthly deliverables. Focus on operational support administration and leading teams to achieve measurable goal outcomes.

Location: Iloilo City, Philippines (must be willing to work in Iloilo site)

What you will do

  • Manage team performance and lead teams to achieve metric goals.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
  • Complete monthly deliverables, tasks, and operational objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks for operational support.
  • Support training/workforce/operations/HR execution within the Iloilo operations team.

Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (Operations Team) or must be a college graduate (Sourcing Associate).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations/Training/Workforce as Team Lead or Manager (Operations Team).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations/Training/Workforce as Team Lead or Manager (Operations Team) or at least 6 months recruitment/sourcing experience (Sourcing Associate); freshers may apply for sourcing.
  • Must be willing to work in Iloilo site.
  • Must be willing to work in a contractual role (subject to absorption or extension based on performance).
  • Good problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
