What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for global Fiat On Ramp, Marketplace Solution, and e-Commerce.
• Develop product strategies ensuring alignment with global business goals.
• Translate data insights into actionable product initiatives through data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, BD, and marketing to ship high-impact features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis across regions to identify emerging trends and local opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and product experience quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in payments, trading, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Proven track record in managing complex, global product launches with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B tests, funnels, and cohort analysis.
• Solid technical understanding, specifically working with backend, API, and app engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and time zones.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Ecommerce platforms for product listing, trading, and dispute handling.
• Familiarity with Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and AML/risk compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled product growth or data analytics tools.
