What you will do

• Serve as the technical escalation lead for critical issues across VIP accounts.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive structured issue resolution with frontline teams.
• Develop scenario-based and experience-based training from real escalation cases.
• Standardize troubleshooting guides, knowledge assets, and best practices.
• Analyze escalation trends to implement continuous improvement and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain high-quality field support.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the ATE test industry or strong engineering experience in direct customer support.
• Strong knowledge of test flows, debugging, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with data tools such as JMP, Python, SQL, or visualization tools.
• Experience in training, coaching, or knowledge development.
