What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand user motivations.
• Develop user personas, information architecture, and sitemaps for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Create wireframes and clickable prototypes to iterate on new features and generate actionable insights.
• Design interactive elements (IXD) and high-performing user interfaces to improve overall user feel.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech teams to prioritize features and maintain design system consistency.
• Perform benchmarking and competitor analysis to integrate industry best practices into the product.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Strong mastery of Figma and proficiency with prototyping and user testing tools.
• Proven expertise in visual design, including typography, color theory, layouts, and grids.
• Ability to think strategically about product goals and argue design decisions with an analytical mindset.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and research methodologies.
