What you will do

• Accelerate new product launches from NPC to scale-up and ensure timely first replenishments.
• Manage manufacturing partners to guarantee on-time PO acceptance and ex-factory delivery.
• Conduct Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to maintain high OTD and overall production performance.
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure the readiness of fabrics, trims, and manufacturing capacity.
• Oversee fulfillment for partners shipping directly to customers, ensuring 24-hour shipping and error-free delivery.
• Maintain accurate, real-time production statuses within the Vendor Portal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain dynamics, inventory control, and demand planning.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel for data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.
• Must be based in China.
