Location: Remote (Must be based in one of the following: Argentina, Brazil, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ireland, Mexico, Portugal, Serbia, or other approved locations)

What you will do
- Define team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
- Drive product impact based on data, market research, and customer insights.
- Own products end-to-end, from ideation and development to launch and growth.
- Partner with Engineering on technical approach, requirements, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Design and UX to define the customer journey and ship high-quality experiences.
- Liaise with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance (payments, crypto, investments, etc.)
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of formulating product vision and owning the narrative with leadership.
- Strong analytical acumen and business sense for ROI-based prioritization.
- Experience launching products from scratch and a bias for action.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
Nice to have
- Technical Track: 2+ years working on platforms, distributed systems, or data science.
- UX Track: 2+ years leading consumer-facing mobile products with a strong eye for UI/UX.
