What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy across multi-product customer journeys and acquisition channels.
• Design and enhance digital financial products, including mobile apps, account management tools, and payment solutions.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to uncover customer needs and behavioral patterns.
• Partner with engineering to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all products meet regulatory and security standards.
• Use data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a startup or fintech environment.
• Experience working on financial products, specifically payments, lending, or banking concepts.
• Strong ability to run agile sprints and manage end-to-end product delivery cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and user insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
