What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis for all external-facing strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain long-term financial models to support business development, M&A, and capital structure activity.
• Perform comprehensive financial due diligence on strategic and M&A activities.
• Interface with external stakeholders regarding the company's financial performance.
• Research and analyze business drivers and trends to benchmark performance against competitors.
• Develop data-driven models for ad hoc corporate strategy analysis and leverage AI to automate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate development, or strategic consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise, specifically building three-statement models.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Culver City, US on a hybrid basis.
