What you will do

• Design liquid-cooling hardware including cold plates, RDHX assemblies, and manifolds for new product development.
• Develop microchannel geometries optimized for pressure drop, heat flux, and manufacturability.
• Create detailed 3D models and parametric drawings using Creo.
• Collaborate on CFD and FEA analysis to ensure structural integrity and manifold flow balancing.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing during prototype builds, testing, and production.
• Engage with procurement and vendors for component sourcing and selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal-mechanical solutions, fluid systems, or cooling hardware.
• Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling and design intent documentation.
• Ability to read and produce detailed engineering drawings and equipment specifications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data center cooling technologies and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Experience with 3D printing for prototype parts.
