What you will do

• Conduct routine condition monitoring surveys and vibration data analysis at client premises.
• Report vibration and oil analysis results and provide associated corrective maintenance recommendations.
• Perform on-site pump performance testing and generate detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with the Lead CM Engineer to operate and develop monitoring programs for clients.
• Calculate the cost-benefit of maintenance recommendations using a defined process.
• Ensure all work complies with the Integrated Management System and partnership agreements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States for on-site work at customer facilities.
• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 certification (required).
• Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vibration analysis for rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 certification.
• Experience working with mechanical seals.
• Skills in thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests.
• Experience working within a global company and diverse environments.
