What you will do

• Manage accounts for selected high-net-worth individuals globally.
• Build and maintain relationships via email, phone, and Telegram.
• Maximize revenue by aligning hirify.global's products with client needs.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio and market trends.
• Keep Salesforce records accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within Fintech or Financial services.
• Excellent English and Italian language skills.
• Proven ability to execute account management processes from start to finish.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
