What you will do

• Implement market penetration and expansion strategies to contribute to financial growth.
• Monitor market competition, industry news, and product updates to effectively communicate them to target groups.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of statistics and market data to derive business development conclusions.
• Supervise, monitor, and coach the local team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company compliance procedures.
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements and maintain high levels of client service.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese with excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Strong people management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Montevideo.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and strong business acumen.
