What you will do

• Provide 3rd line technical expertise to support and protect large enterprise networks.
• Collaborate with customer and internal BT teams on design, implementation, and diagnostics.
• Manage relationships and tasks independently with external 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders.
• Mentor 1st and 2nd line technical teams to improve overall service quality.
• Collate and act on customer requirements to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of networking experience on large enterprise networks of 100+ nodes.
• Mandatory customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Expertise in complex technical infrastructure, products, and services.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, Security, Cloud, Wireless, Automation, and NetOps.

Nice to have

• CCNP certification.
• Experience troubleshooting multi-vendor enterprise networks.
