What you will do

• Maintain and optimize the company's technological infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide technical support and efficiently resolve user issues for internal employees.
• Manage storage systems and oversee IT ticketing workflows.
• Collaborate on IT projects and implement automation for routine tasks.
• Ensure all team members have the necessary digital tools to remain productive.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both oral and written English and Hebrew.
• Existing right to work in the local region (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
• Hands-on experience with storage management.
• Experience working with both macOS and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
