What you will do

• Drive the multi-quarter product roadmap across Developer Platform, Developer Experience, AI Platform, and AI Experience.
• Partner with engineering leadership to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable product backlogs.
• Lead customer discovery with internal engineering teams through interviews and journey mapping.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities and AI tooling through internal launches, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Define and own the developer-facing documentation strategy.
• Establish and track key success metrics, including adoption, developer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years managing platform, developer tools, or AI/ML products with engineers as the primary customer.
• Strong technical fluency to participate in architecture and engineering tradeoff discussions.
• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (e.g., Backstage) and platform-as-a-product practices.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of evangelizing internal products and communicating ROI to leadership.
